About the Collaborative
The Maternal & Family Health Equity Collaborative brings together families, healthcare professionals, community organizations, health systems, insurers, foundations, and policymakers to advance maternal and family health equity.
We want real conversations, stronger partnerships, and community voices at the center. The focus is practical solutions that improve outcomes for mothers, babies, and families.
Through education, storytelling, networking, and resource sharing, participants leave with connections and ideas they can act on.
Our Vision
We want every mother, baby, and family to have access to quality healthcare, supportive services, culturally responsive care, and the resources they need.
Better maternal health leads to stronger families and stronger communities.
Why This Collaborative Matters
Across communities, families continue to face barriers that affect maternal and infant health outcomes, including:
- Limited access to care
- Health disparities
- Language barriers

Community Stories

Those stories shape the policies, programs, and partnerships we build afterward.
